Torino Conversations are taking off... [13. Feb, 13:01]
It was really fantastic – it was my first time at Olympic Winter Games and I have been working on a project for the Coca-Cola Company. I have been here in Torino for the last 5 days helping to launch the Torino Coinversations. Coke decided to invite 6 students from all over the world (Katie from the USA, Du Wei from China, Marina from Austria, Nicole from Germany, Kate from Canada and Giacomo from Italy) to be here and offer their very own perspective on this amazing event.

The last days I was very busy working with Katie and Du Wei on several issues, like as photo editing, audio editing (to create podcasts), linking to provide perfect contextual content and so on...We really had a lot of fun and a great time!

The outcome so far is fantastic to my mind (and not only because we took part in the project!) Katie is wonderful at taking picuters and Du Wei made a podcast interview with Nevill Isdell the CEO of the Coca-Cola Company (I would have been so excited!).

Also the story on Pintrading is cool...

Meanwhile a lot of international bloggers writing about marketing, PR and tech stuff featured the story. This includes Technorati Top100 Blogger Steve Rubel, famous author and consultant Debbie Weil, the Top German Advertising Blogger, marketingvox, the German Handelsblatt, Mediapost.com from NY, Andy Lark from Australia, BeyondMadisonAvenue, longblondetail, Marketingloop and many, many others.

Things they had to say about are like as:

This is the newest wrinkle in corporate blogging. It's brilliant and it's a simple concept.... [here]

Coca Cola went 2.0 and has a remarkable way of showing their commitment to the power of conversations [here]

And Coca-Cola is sending young bloggers to the Olympics. Podcasting, photo posting and reader comments included. The bar on customer engagement has been raised. [here]

Lovely idea! [here]

It's another smart way of communicating global without chest beating. [here]

Thank you so much for the positive feedback so far... we are working on it to make it even better!
